MY STORY

I've always had a voice—and I’ve always used it. As a kid, that sometimes meant trouble. But today, it’s my greatest asset.

My passion for speaking found direction thanks to my earth science teacher, who saw my enthusiasm for weather and encouraged me to turn it into a career. Eight years later, I graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and a minor in Broadcast Meteorology.

Meteorology has taken me farther than I ever imagined. It’s led me across the country chasing tornadoes, into classrooms inspiring young minds, and onto television screens delivering life-saving forecasts.

As a member of the American Meteorological Society, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in the field and am actively working toward earning my Certified Broadcast Meteorology (CBM) seal.

Every day, I’m grateful for a career that lets me blend science with storytelling. Whether it’s tracking storms, teaching future scientists, or delivering critical forecasts, my mission remains the same: to keep people informed and safe.
